I NEED TO SELL MY CAR FAST, CAN I HAVE AN INSTANT QUOTE?
We do not offer an instant quote for your car as how can that be accurate? We research your actual car thoroughly, thus allowing for an informed offer as opposed to an offer for a generic car that may be subject to re-evaluation once you take the car to the buyer. You will deal entirely with Andy & Karen not via a computer programme or call centre. Call us and tell us – I want to sell my car quickly and we will start working on your case immediately, we are flexible and can provide a fast service - to your requirements & time-scale.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SELL MY CAR TO YOU?
Absolutely nothing! We do not charge any fees at all. We provide a FREE valuation and FREE collection of your car from anywhere in Southeast England at a time that is convenient for you.

HOW DO YOU VALUE MY CAR?
We use our 30+ years’ of experience, up to the minute databases and hundreds of trade contacts to assess the current market value. As an independent company, we do not have the large overheads or restrictions associated with larger companies and are therefore able to offer an accurate, thoroughly researched quote for your car.
SHOULD I SELL MY CAR NOW OR IS THE MARKET ON THE WAY UP?
The only certainty in the motor industry at the moment is that it is volatile! The likely-hood is though, that your car will continue to depreciate as time goes on – running costs get higher as a car gets older and if you are considering selling your car for any reason – now is as good a time as any!
I HAVE LOST MY V5 (LOGBOOK) – I WANT TO SELL MY CAR NOW, WILL YOU BUY IT?
Yes we will buy your car but we must have the Registration document (V5 or logbook). If you have mislaid it, but the car is registered in your name, www.direct.gov.uk have an express service option, or you can complete and return a V62 form - obtainable from the post office or online from this link www.direct.gov.uk;
I HAVE OUTSTANDING FINANCE, I NEED TO SELL MY CAR NOW, CAN I SELL IT?
Yes, you can sell your car, but legally, the finance company owns your car whilst there is outstanding finance, so the balance must be settled on or before the date of the sale.
You can do this in one of 2 ways;
- You can settle the outstanding balance directly with your finance company yourself - we will require written confirmation from them that they have received full, cleared payment when we collect your car
OR
- We can settle the finance for you, we will simply deduct the outstanding amount from the valuation of your car and pay it on your behalf (data protection laws require that you obtain the settlement figure) We need written confirmation from your finance company of the balance due.
NB - If you owe more than the sale price of your car, you will need to pay the balance prior to us collecting it. We will need written confirmation from your finance company when we collect your car. Alternatively you can pay us the difference in the form of a Bankers draft made payable to the finance company.
